We joined the Full Day tour on 14 November and the Last Post tour the following day.
Nathan was the perfect tour leader, acting as driver, guide, WW1 expert and host for lunch. He amazed us not only with his specialist knowledge of WW1 but also with his stamina. We learnt more of the war from one day with Nathan than from years of reading and films. We were also grateful for his assistance in locating particular graves.
The Full Day tour was so informative and interesting and was also very moving as, of course, was the the Last Post ceremony at the Menin Gate.
We would recommend everyone who visits Bruges to book the tours. The museums were exceptional but the field trips were very illuminating thanks mostly to Nathan’s informative and, at times, amusing guidance.

Just returned from Bruges. Had a wonderful day out with Nathan. Nathan’s knowledge is unsurpassed. There is nothing he does not know about WW1. The day was informative, moving and excellent value for money. Thank you Nathan for bringing such a sad part of all our history to life.

We took this all day tour on October 21st, 2007 with Nathan and six other guests. This was one of the highlights of our visit to the Flander’s region. Nathan’s passion and knowledge of the area and history left us with a better understanding of the human consequences and fallout of war. We highly recommend any visitor to Belgium to take this moving and educational visit!

We took the full day trip to Flanders on the 21/10/07. Nathan’s enthusiasm and infinite knowledge of how WW1 shaped both the history and landscape of this special place was priceless! A memorable trip which has left us with much to think about. Thanks Nathan, and the best wishes for the future!
(Would recommend this trip to everyone visting this part of Belgium)
