On 6 January 2012 we had the opportunity to take teh ’Flanders Fields Battlefield Day Tour’ with Nathan. As Australians and people with a genuine interest in our Nation’s military history we found this one day tour ideal. Nathan was extremely knowledgeable and the day was informative. There was sufficient time at each location we went to and the day was relaxed - just the right pace.

The small tour concept is ideal.

We highly recommend this service.

Terry and I went on the Flanders Field tour on Sunday 11th December 2011 and can’t recommend it enough.

Nathan, our guide, was excellent, so enthusiastic and informative and his knowledge about the battles and battle sites was comprehensive.

It was somewhere we had both wanted to visit for a long time and are so glad we decided to go on this tour.

Excellent value for money and well worth doing!

”In November 2011 my wife, Naomi, and I joined a small group on Nathan Ghysbrecht’s
excellent ’Flanders Fields Day-Tour’. Nathan picked us up at our Bruges hotel & brought
us back after a truly memorable day.

In our view this is a ”must” for any visitor to Belgium who wants an insight into one of
history’s most important and tragic events. Nathan is definitely the supreme guide who
brought the whole sad business to life. We also enjoyed a pleasant lunch with Nathan
and the other four folks on the tour.

All-in-all excellent value for money with information and memories for a lifetime”

January 5th 2012 . We have just returned from the day tour to the battlefields of Flanders with our guide, Nathan. What a fantastic experience and made all the more realistic by having Nathan as our guide. What he doesn’t know about WW1 and the events surrounding it really isn’t worth knowing and he managed to bring it all to life for us by taking to us some to very interesting places - trenches, the frontline and no-man’s land explaining how all of these places related to what we know about the war.I would heartily recommend this tour to anyone and not only those with a real passion for this particular period of history. Thanks, Nathan, for a great day.
