I had a great tour with Nathan on May 12th 2010. The minibus was comfortable, the lunch was very good, the information was great and the sights where incredible.

We would like to thank Nathan for the excellent

Last Post Tour. His knowledge of the battlegrounds

is astounding.Come prepared with battalion

#and dates because Nathan can paint you

a picture of what happened during that time.

It was a small group, so you get personnel attention

concerning your specific interests. We highly recommend Nathan tours.

Heather and i went during the cold, cold month of January. i was hoping for good things but i found great things instead. Nathan was a great host and tour guide. He had fantastic knowledge and he tailored the tour to suit the people in the van.

At the end of the tour, he gave us a number of small gifts that we could take home. although i dont know about the other tour operators, i really hope you choose Nathan. he really was great!!

One of the best tours I’ve ever taken. Nathan is a brilliant guide whose enthusiasm, passion, and knowledge combine to make this very worthwhile. It will undoubtedly be a highlight of your trip.

Not born until six years before the Second World War and without any relatives in the Great War, my interest was, at first, a general one until I appreciated just how much the huge loss of life profoundly affected society, changes that remain with us to the present day. When one learns of the suffering endured by those involved and those who survived, I feel the least later generations can do is learn the facts and visit the places where these terrible events took place. This is why I took the Day Tour and my only regret is that I was not better prepared. It is a lot to absorb in one day but proved to be one of the most rewarding days I have ever spent. Watching the historical documentaries on television is one thing but there is nothing to equal seeing these places. I found the tour excellent and travelling in a small vehicle with a very well informed guide must be the one of the best ways of doing it. John Snoad, following a visit made on the 13th May 2011.
