My daughter and I had a lovely weekend in beautiful Bruges, the break was made even better by the brilliant day we had with Nathan visiting many of the places we had only heard of but had never visited, what made it even more special is that we visited places that if you tried to do this tour on your own you would never know where to go, trenches down little roads, craters in woodland etc. We had a lovely lunch in Ypers including local beer highly recommended. We will defiantly be visiting Bruges again so will have be booking another tour with Nathan Thank You

On Sunday Nov 22 I was fortunate to be able to take Nathans great Flanders Fields tour. It was a very interesting day spent with some amazing people. If you are a history buff and want a jam packed day of exploring fields and museums this is a must. I even learned a few things about growing mushrooms!!.

Thanks Nathan you do a fantastic job. Could I suggest you make a period CD of songs and sound clips to play while heading out to the battlefields?

all the best

Stephen

This tour exploded my mind with new understanding of what the troops and Belgian people suffered during World War I. Nathan is an excellent and engaged tour host. Thank you!

We were fortunate to be four Kiwis on the trip and were able to spend the day following the journey of the New Zealand Division. It was an emotional journey to see where family members had fought, died and been captured. Nathan’s knowledgable, sensitive and unobtrusive guidance was very much appreciated.

The following evening we attended the ceremony of the Last Post at the Menin Gate - again Nathan’s expertise and experience had us placed in the best position to appreciate this moving service.

We can thoroughly recommend Nathan’s dedicated and professional approach.

Thank you Nathan for your extremely informed and comprehensive tour. You certainly know our stuff. We were in London on Remembrance Sunday and stopped at 2 different services (one @ the Canadian Memorial) which had more relevance to us after being on your tour. In addition, we made it home to Nova Scotia for Remembrance Day and we were more appreciative of this year’s service, especially as it was well attended due to our current involvement in Afghanistan. You should be proud of your efforts to inform current generations of “how much things change, they stay the same”.
