Thank you Nathan for your extremely informed and comprehensive tour. You certainly know our stuff. We were in London on Remembrance Sunday and stopped at 2 different services (one @ the Canadian Memorial) which had more relevance to us after being on your tour. In addition, we made it home to Nova Scotia for Remembrance Day and we were more appreciative of this year’s service, especially as it was well attended due to our current involvement in Afghanistan. You should be proud of your efforts to inform current generations of “how much things change, they stay the same”.

Nathan
Thanks for the excellent tour on October 6, 2009. Through your knowledge and passion, it was as if we stepped back 90 years to this horrific war.
Our Canadian ”November 11th Remembrance Day” had so much more meaning thanks to our experiences on your tour.

Many many thanks Nathan for the great day you gave us on Friday 6th November. Your extensive knowledge along with your relaxed approach made this a very enjoyable yet informative day. There was no rushing from one site to another and watching you search in the fields for artefacts demonstrated how much this all means to you.
Lunch was excellent and the ”door to door” service was superb.
I would advise anyone to do this trip over an organised coach trip, Nathan’s people carrier can go places no coach could ever consider, you really do get to see where it all happened
Thanks again Nathan

regards

Rog & Gill

Memorable, interesting and often moving tour. Nathan was an excellent and informative guide and kept us on schedule without rushing us.

This is an excellent tour. Nathan picked us up at our B&B which was very convenient. He is very knowedgeable and he brings you to places that you would never find on your own. A tour such as this gives you a feel for the terrible event that took place in Flanders that you cannot get solely from reading a book. The price may seem high but when you consider the lunch, the museum admissions and the cost of transportation, it is actually a bargain.
